4. Intellectual property
The website content, our methodologies, and the Shadow Intel platform are the property of Shadow Corp. Engagement reports are licensed to the client under the terms of the applicable agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
Our services are delivered to a reasonable professional standard. Liability is governed by the terms of the corresponding services agreement. Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice.
